There was no embarrassment. The experience of humiliation was completely unknown and foreign to the human race. However, along with the first experience of sin came the awful burden of the weight of personal shame and embarrassment. 


Shame and embarrassment are feelings and experiences that occur to us in various degrees. The worst kind of shame, the most dreadful form of embarrassment, is that which results in utter and complete humiliation. Humiliation brings with it not merely the reddened face of embarrassment but also the sense of despair as we lose our dignity and our reputations are cast into ruin.

There is an evil spiritual that are being bonded to every human being that are living in the earth.
As the lord would destroy the earth if the earth was being corrupted with violence.

it's was a kind emotion control that buried deep inside your soul and heart : anger, aggressive, violence, abusive, wrath, dispute, quarreling and crying just because the violence act and behavior had been exhibited to attack, destroy, harm and injured the person with any form of physical and mentally which would considered as violence behavior.

The stem of root would be planted with love seedless, however, the branches would be expanded with the different kinds of faith that might be have different fates that are represented with different branches come with leaves and fruits. 

Men and their programs only prune the branches of an evil tree, while the root system remains intact. What is the root of violence? It’s rebellion against God and His laws. Therefore as long as the root system is untouched the tree will only grow more branches and bear more rotten fruit.

Although the trees were being planted together and received the same treatment from the nature of natural beauty. Howevers, all process of belonged for expanding, growing and blooming and dropping would relied the time frame, love, weather, supply nutrition, water, airs, moistures and etc external factors.

Can I said that twins would be almost 100% same in accordance with the different personalities ? The answers it does not have absolute answers.

It just because the seedless of trees is being planted by using the same batch of the seedless. Although the treatment is also the same, but bear in mind that the results and sum of fruits that we are expected might not the same. It just because different people have different characters, traits, personalities. In simple meaning, the nature versus environment beauty

Although the nature means the genetic factors, substance of airs, water, moistures, fertilizer and land was almost the same. But some trees might grow healthier than others trees.

Sometimes in educate the personalities of children is not lied at genetic factors or any internal education that might be given. Although the roots of trees might produce different branches personalities, where you could not expect what kind of personalities that you might desire, either obedient or naughty, but I knew that is the environment is the key constitutor to determine the personalities. 

No matters what kinds of climates changes, environment would be the dependent variables that would trigger the changes of the personalities that would change accordingly to the environments with the surrounding of natural beauty.

During the darkness and low tides, your feelings and emotion would be negativism, depressed and frustration. But the surrounding environment is a kind pressure to squeeze you to open out your soul and heart to be openness to unlock the locksmith by just pressing the door's alarm, there would be a lot of wisdom is awaiting you digging out from the locking cognitive states. 


Is the roots of trees nurtured the branches and stem of trees?

Therefore, environment can be a miracle power through your introspective and sensing power through out the nature versus natural beauty.

Violence is simply a reflection of human nature, which does not change.

WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS

Put away “wrath, anger, badness, abusive speech, and obscene talk.” It also says: “Strip off the old personality with its practices, and clothe yourselves with the new personality.” (Colossians 3:8-10) Is God asking too much of us? No. People can change. * How?

The first step is gaining an accurate knowledge of God. (Colossians 3:10)  When a person with a receptive heart learns about our Creator’s appealing qualities and standards, he is drawn to God in love and wants to please him.—1 John 5:3.

The second step is related to our choice of associates. “Do not keep company with a hot-tempered man or get involved with one disposed to rage, so that you never learn his ways and ensnare yourself.”—Proverbs 22:24, 25.

The third step involves insight. See the inclination toward violence for what it is—a serious weakness that reflects a lack of self-control. The peaceable, by comparison, have inner strength. “The one slow to anger is better than a mighty man,” says Proverbs 16:32.

In order to striving the quality products or your goal and ambitions, 
No matters how many times of failures and mistakes in sitting the exams, we should strive for persistency, alert own mistake, learnt from mistake, then we surrender to the lord. Although we knew that we already tried my best, but the clay is still haven't formed. 

Howevers, although the times passed by until I almost reached the time of death, I still haven't achieved all the desires and wisdom that I am going to attain for the such achievements.

The clay that I am holding in my hand is quite warm, heat and gentle which is matching my hand palm's size, but the more time I am squeeze, fold and twisted with all my capacity of my hands's faith that I need to bowl down to the hand of lord. 

My hand's palm was started sweating and weak, but I already could not sense the touching part of the clay that already formed and looked like a dirt clay. As the clay look like no longer so infatuation, look so flexible or might be benching to one and another.  

It might due to the dirt clay is started to melt with different kind of people's looking down on your abilities, skills and knowledge through out the passing timing passed by. But instead to have introspection to his inner lead of the clay is a kind of dirt clay, but the dirt clay is actually suffered and encounter and tasting different kind of life experiences. 

But if you see this dirt clay is a dirt clay, then your eyes of appearance and mind is just like a shit doggies like to looking down to other people's appearance to critize his appearance is so attractive and infatuation. 

But if the clay is so clean and holy, then your inner soul and heart is to be considered as like a fresh flowers that are just blooming. Can I question that the fresh flowers not only giving you the nice aroma, but it also keep your eyes so bright and smart and intelligence to select the fresh flowers. What i need to do just to see the timing from the bush of flowers is to be blooming in a very nice scenery.

But, when you pluck the fresh flowers, of douse you are plucking the fresh and nice scenery flowers, but all the while you are look like you are acting in front of me, because the flowers that you might need to pluck is just a fresh and beauty flowers in front of me.

In other words, life is not just to pluck the fresh flowers, To pluck fresh flowers is to be considered look arrogance and vain, just want to show off the flowers look nice and decorated in front the eyes of you. But the timing of expiry date is just like a beauty of the fireworks by just a few seconds, although is so beauty in your soul and heart, but it only leaving you a uncountable memories and missing life that you had took possession to him.

You could possessed such clay in front the potters in your hand, but it could not long lasting, because the clay had not under such a pressure and experience to overcome such endurance and challenges, all you need to examine the clay's substance whether it able to gone through such endurance and challenges using your passion love of you in manufacture such clay potters through the time passed by witnessing you are just a arrogance and vain guy to buy a fresh flowers ?

Why GST need to eliminate in Malaysia ?

Good Service Tax is the collection of tax paid (liabilities) from nations and paid back to LHDN Malaysia . Therefore, government agency had chosen the selected Kastam to collect the GST Taxes as a earning income for the purpose resilence, prosperity and robustness for tax collection.

Why we need to eliminate GST ?

One of the reason that we need to eliminate GST is due to the individual is being assessed tax charged at the ended of the closing date as at 30 April annually.  As per B form, individual already is being imposed Tax charged for the annual salaries that he or she earned annually by using EA form at the dateline for collection tax charged individually.

Howevers, the introduction of GST is being assessed , collected and monitored at the immediate action. When every time we have taken the dinner, we bought the foods, we pumped petrol, all those business transaction would be imposed tax charged and then the individual entrepreneurs would compute the tax liabilities that  need to pay at the ended of the closing dateline monthly.

One of the reason that the entrepreneurs is imposed tax liabilities from stakeholders or suppliers and passed to the final consumers to help government to collect taxes.

As a result of consequences, the entrepreneurs is being assessed the tax liabilities and at the same time the final consumers also is being assessed the tax liabilities from entrepreneurs.  The transaction is seem  being evaluated and assessed and charged through out the first and second dimensions from the taxation charges, first , tax charged  is being assessed is in supplier passed the liabilities to entrepreneurs and final consumers. It looked like double charged.

Howevers, the tax collection is payable to LHDN when the goods and services is became reliasation when the goods and services is became full settlements from supplier only. Howevers, when the supplier passed the tax income collection to LHDN, at the sometimes, suppliers and final consumers would not help to settle the tax liabilities when fully settlements, therefore they still treated those tax expenses and tax liabilities under the deferred tax liabilities  accounts.

There was no matching concept in identifying and justifying the tax expenses and tax income collected.  But the income and expenses is only recorded is based on realization concept only. Ie (disposable assets and liabilities when assets and liabilities is transferable). When this concept is recognized, the product and services would undergo obselence, damages, seasonal changed variation due to change of consumer tastes and fashion.

 As a result, those value is being measured would not reflected the net present value that are required to be multiplying the rate of inflation of 10% for the settlements of products and services that haven’t been settled at the ended of the financial period.  This is because those unsold stocks or products that had been stored in the outlets for more than 1 year, It still sold at the same prices. Since the value is required to devalue the amount and measurement, in order to reflect the net realizable value if stocks had been stored in more than one year. As we can seen, those supermarkets is launching the promotion, it just to reflect the products as at net present value and fair value less cost to sell which is corresponding with the inflation rate of 10% if the value in year 1 is not same with value in year 2 and year 3.

 How about the Property Developers?

 As far as I concerned, the commercial housing project is required to impose tax liabilities, however the residential housing projects is not required to impose tax liabilities.

This can be argued that there is arising social inequality among the social categorization between commercial and residential housing project. First point we need to emphasis here is that when we build house and buy or sell house, we need to incurred stamp duties on the strata titles for the houses is being build no matters which categories of houses is build. And at the same times, we also need to assessed and evaluate for the CKHT or RPGT on the properties bought and sold.

If we still insist that all the houses is required to pay GST taxes, can I questioning that the houses is to be categorized as products or services?

This is because houses in IAS 16, it was categories as fixed assets which is not movable. Can I ask a favour of question from Dr. Chong Kwai Fatt houses is belonging which categories ? Fixed assets, product or services ????

Can I know asked all those supplier in delivering those materials like concrete, am I able to differentiate how many % of the concrete is required to be used in commercial and residential ? Complicated measurement and transactions.?

Property developer is using % of stages of completion, GST is based on realization concept, there arise conflict in matching these two standards?

Harassment may include bullying behaviour, and it refers to bad treatment that is related to a protected characteristic, such as age, sex, disability, race, gender, religion or sexual orientation.

More specifically, the law defines it as 'unwanted conduct related to a relevant protected characteristic, which has the purpose or effect of violating an individual's dignity or creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment for that individual.'

Bullying

Bullying can be defined as offensive, intimidating, malicious or insulting behaviour, an abuse of misuse of power that undermines, humiliates, denigrates or injures the recipient (emotionally or physically) - but it doesn't have a legal definition in the Equality Act. In fact bullying behaviour is very similar to harassment, but it is not related to a protected characteristic.

That said, the absence of bullying from the statute books doesn't mean that people who are being bullied - rather than harassed - have no protections. Neither does it mean that bullies can get away with doing whatever they like as long as their behaviour is not concerning a protected characteristic.

Employers have a 'duty of care' for their employees. No good firm would want its people working in an intimidating, hostile or offensive environment.

In any case, organisations that don't act on bullying effectively are likely to see lower levels of performance, productivity and engagement, as well as increased absence and high staff turnover - all of which can damage the bottom line.

People who feel they are being bullied are usually advised to raise a formal grievance if the matter cannot be resolved informally.

Dealing with grievances internally can be costly in time and money, and sap morale among staff. A breakdown in mutual trust and confidence at work because of bullying could leave employers open to claims of constructive dismissal at an employment tribunal.

So it's in every employer's interests to promote a safe, healthy and fair environment in which people can work without fear of being bullied, harassed or victimised.

Just what gratification this gave the demons is unknown, but there must have been something about it that enabled them to reap an unnatural satisfaction. It certainly gave them opportunity to torture, vent sadistic desires, and also to partake of the cowardly mob spirit by ganging up on men.

So, who would you say are the original gang-stalkers? Who invented this evil? Clearly, the demons. It satisfies the selfish motives of the group practicing it. It is not a tool of justice. It is rather a gross violation of basic human rights. It ignores universally honored principles of justice. It is designed to torment, harass, and victimize the powerless. And, it is cowardly, an expression of mob violence, as the demons demonstrated.
